聚氯乙烯玻璃纤维套管产品是以无碱玻璃纤维编织而成，并涂以聚氯乙烯树脂经塑化而成的电气绝缘漆管。套管具有良好的柔软性、弹性、绝缘性、和耐化学性，适用于电机、电器、仪表、无线电等装置的布线绝缘和机械保护。

        PVC fiberglass sleeving product is woven by E-glass fiber and coated with PVC resin, plasticizing to electrical insulation paint tube. The sleeving has good softness, flexibility, insulation, and chemical resistance, wiring insulation and mechanical protection for electrical, electronics, instruments, radios and other devices.

检验标准（Test）：
1、外观：漆管的涂层均匀、表面光滑，不应有影响产品性能的缺陷。Appearance: paint tube coating is uniform, smooth surface,the defects should not affect product performance.

2、长度：长度 1000mm,允许偏差±10mm 2, Length: Length 1000mm, allowable deviation of ± 10mm
3、内径和壁厚不低于下表标准 the inner diameter and wall thickness of not less than the standard of the following table

4、性能标准（Four performance criteria）:
（1）耐温（temperature:）：105℃
（2）热处理后的弯曲:涂层不裂开、不脱离 heat treatment after bending: the coating does not crack, not out of

（3）低温下弯曲性:涂层不裂开、不脱离 low temperature bending: the coating does not crack, not out of

（4）2715-Ⅲ击穿电压：中值 1.5KV， 室温下不低于1.2KV 。Breakdown voltage: in value 1.5KV, at room temperature of not less than 1.2KV.
